In this class we will be learning to make delicious vegan cheeses and tapas to enjoy with friends and family. We will be making special shared plates including roasted eggplant rolls stuffed with almond riccotta topped with bruchetta, sweet potato bites with pesto and nut cheese, chocolate dipped strawberries, stuffed empanadas, plus olives, grapes and toasts to enoy with all our creations.
