Tamales! Cooking Class

Learn to make tamales in this fun hands on class using all organic ingredients! We will be making 3 types of vegetarian tamales including shredded jackfruit, green chili and cashew cheese and green chili and goat cheese along with sauces. Bianca will be demo-ing her guacamole recipe while the tamale steam. We will also talk about ancient maize and different varieties of corn and thier nutritional benefits and history. Join us!
