The King's Cup - Island Golf Classic

We have been issued a challenge by the General Manager of the Barbados Golf Club!

Get on board for this one-of-a-kind cultural exchange project.

The King's Cup - Island Golf Classic ("Team USA v. Team Barbados") is scheduled for Tue July 21 - Sun July 26 2026, during the heart of the festival season known as CropOver.

Join us on this inaugural golf excursion in Barbados, as players from all over the United States team up for some friendly competition vs members of the Barbados Golf Club.

The goal is to share culture, have a few laughs, talk a little trash, and play a lot of golf!

Fun, sun, rum, and lost balls!

This unique event is hosted by Lamont King - Host of Urban View Mornings on SiriusXM Ch. 126!

We have negotiated great rates for our FOLKs (Friends Of Lamont King) at some of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses in the Caribbean.

Including:

Barbados Golf Club (The King's Cup / scramble)

Sandy Lane (open / match play)

The King's Cup competition event at BGC will be a 2Ball scramble format.

The King's Cup is open to players of all skill levels.

No handicap required.
