Our goal is to bring together family, athlete, coach, and civic leadership perspectives to highlight how sports go beyond the game to build character and strengthen communities.

? Featured Speakers Include:

• Jeff Steigerwald Jr. and his son Phillip will share their father-and-son journey of resilience and how sports and community supported their family through adversity. Phillip also gives back through Alex’s Lemonade Stand, helping other children facing similar challenges as he has.

•Coach Noreen Herlihy is the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Slippery Rock University and founder of Athletes for Forgotten Angels. She brings a strong perspective on leadership through team culture and service, using sport as a platform to teach empathy, character, and community connection.

• Jennifer McClellan represents the Oil City YMCA and its youth wellness and recreation programming. The YMCA plays a vital role in creating positive environments for children and families through free meals, transportation options, and enriching community programs.

• Ken Bryan is a Venango Co. Commissioner who brings a civic leadership perspective on community development and the importance of investing in youth and recreation opportunities. He is a veteran with over 40 years of business experience supporting families and businesses across Venango County.
