As the frequencies wash over you, you’ll be invited into a deeply restorative state of rest, allowing the body and mind to unwind naturally.Every experience is unique. Some people leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply relaxed, while others experience emotional release, clarity or a profound sense of inner peace. Whatever arises for you is welcomed.What to bringPlease bring anything that helps you feel comfortable during relaxation, including:• A yoga mat• A blanket• A pillow or cushion• Warm, comfortable clothing• A bottle of water• An eye mask (optional)You’ll be lying down for most of the session, so the cosier you are, the more you’ll be able to relax.Venue Information📍 Ogmore-by-Sea Village HallThere is free parking available at the venue.Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session begins to allow yourself time to settle. Doors will close promptly at 6:30pm to preserve the peaceful atmosphere for everyone attending. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the meditation has begun.The venue is on one level and is generally accessible.
