Join Illinois Valley Community College for an 8-session history series beginning on Monday, September 8, which will explore the communities and historic sites of LaSalle County.
The series will cover a wide range of topics, including the Civil War, mining, M & H Zinc, early LaSalle County history, Indigenious communities, LaSalle County pioneers, Westclox, agriculture, pastimes and leisure pursuits; sand, glass and tile industries and more.

Sessions will meet weekly on Monday evenings from 6-8 PM from September 8-November 3. No class: October 13.
The program will be held at Illinois Valley Community College, 815 N. Orlando Smith Road, Oglesby, IL 61348 in Room CTC-124.
Individuals participating by Zoom will receive the Zoom link for each session withing 24 hours of each program.
