Walk with me!

This group is for moms/women who want to get active, improve their fitness and overall health, but are challenged with having the time, resources or even the knowledge on how to go about it. On top of daily posts about nutrition, ideas for getting active, etc… we will be getting together weekly (if local) to go on a walk! Bring your babies, your kids, your strollers, water and snacks and get moving. We are doing it together!
