Group class focused on individual transformation while utilizing gridwork. This two hour hands-on experience will incorporate grid creation, utilization, and completion while verbally and non-verbally peeling back layers from the etheric and spiritual bodies to release past experiences and rewrite aspects of our earthly experience going forward. No experience necessary, only a willingness to show up as yourself and be ready, willing, able and eager to peel back layers you’ve been holding in place that no longer suit your highest & best way forward.
Beginner - Advanced. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to explore this class! No experience necessary. Advanced healers are guaranteed to enjoy this experience too!
Bring yourself and anything you need to feel comfortable; Notebook, yoga mat, blanket. Attendees will have the option to sit at a table and take notes or relax on the floor in a yoga/sound bath format if they choose.
Energetic Expectations:
Be ready, willing and able to shift into a higher frequency!
Show up hydrated with limited caffeine (Coffee ok)
Leave entities, walk-ins and demons at home

No bullying or comparing yourself to others
Do not touch anyone grid ingredients unless invited to: They are sacred
Do not talk over anyone, brag or intentionally demean others
