KIT tragically lost his life in a distracted driving accident in 2013 while skateboarding, but his kindness, joy, and ability to make everyone feel welcome continues to inspire the community more than a decade later.

Now in its 13th year, the event has grown into an anticipated tradition, bringing together families and friends for skateboarding, music, food, prizes, and connection. More than just an event, it serves as a reminder of KIT’s message to be kind, stay connected, and include others.

As we gather again on June 27th at 10:00 a.m. at the North Ogden Skate Park, we continue to honor KIT’s lasting impact and the powerful legacy he left behind in our community.
