This is a beginner's course for adults eager to learn mountain biking skills and improve their techniques. We will help to make your rides safer and more enjoyable. During the clinic, we will focus on many skills to help you gain confidence, ride better, and go faster in a safe effective way…with so much FUN! We will build on the basics first to help you be more confident on the mountain. You will need to bring your own mountain bike and bike helmet. Both are required to participate.

We will review important skills like:
* Body Positioning
* Vision on the Bike
* Controlled Braking
* Slow tight turns
* Bike body separation
* Cornering- berms and flat turns
* Seated climbing
* Cadence/Shifting
* Climbing and Descending
* How to FALL safely

You must already feel comfortable on a bike and have basic bike riding skills. We will build on the basics to help you be more confident on the mountain. You will need to bring your own mountain bike and bike helmet. Both are required to participate.
