Steve Lungrin is an internationally known singer-songwriter, independent recording artist, performer, and web-based piano teacher.  A lifelong singer and piano player from the age of 7, Steve has been performing professionally for over 30 years.  Inspired by all the great singer-songwriters of the '60's, '70's, and '80's, particularly Billy Joel & Elton John, Steve has been honing his craft as a player, singer, and writer since his adolescence.  As a soloist or as part of various ensembles, he has performed at the Greeley, CO Jazz Festival, Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, MO, Canadian Wonderland in Toronto, ON (Canada), the White House lawn in Washington, DC, and Carnegie Hall in New York City, to name a few.  He was the first-ever Cornhusker State Games Talent Competition Gold Medalist in 1995, where he performed his signature song, Billy Joel's "Piano Man," for over 5,000 people at the age of 17.  

He founded the Piano Man Approach in 2011, where he has passed on the techniques and systems he uses as a piano player to thousands of players from dozens of countries on every inhabited continent in the world.  He maintains a busy schedule of live performances every year, traveling to multiple states, regularly releases new studio albums of original songs, and prolifically generates teaching and performance content for both his global student base and the public at large.

In Ogallala, he will be playing a show that features not only Billy Joel & Elton John, but Broadway favorites.

Tickets are available at the door. ORAC members will be admitted with membership cards. Those who have not purchased a membership may purchase individual tickets ($15 for adults and $7 for students).

With the support of the Nebraska Arts Council, the Nebraska Cultural Endowment, donations, and your purchase of tickets or memberships, ORAC is able to bring world-class live entertainment year after year.
