Sunday Sound Bath

Come and emerse yourself in the soothing and calming tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instruments for an evening of relaxation and restoration with a group you will resonate with.

We will begin by doing some simple exercises to bring us into the present moment and into our bodies, before allowing the sounds to wash over us, clearing the mind, relaxing the body and harmonising the body, mind and soul.

I call in and work with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water through the different instruments I use and with intention, connecting with Mother Earth and higher realms, to create a sacred space for you to release or receive what your soul desires in the moment.

All are very welcome. No experience necessary.
