A 5-week introduction to meditation course to launch the brand new Birr Meditation Group! 5 Monday evenings from 7-9pm. Suitable for complete beginners, or experienced practitioners. You don’t need to be Buddhist, spiritual, or “good at meditation” — just willing to step into calmness and explore your mind.
