This evening invites you into the dark tide — gentle somatic movement, breath, and reflection designed to help you release what’s heavy and make room for quiet renewal. No choreography, no pressure — just slow awareness, grounding, and the feeling of being carried by water instead of effort.

Can’t make it in person? Join us online! We’ll be streaming live via Google Meet.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket, comfortable clothes, and a journal if you’d like. All levels of movement experience welcome.
