Between Breathe and Light: A Somatic Movement Workshop

Through breath-led movement, gentle stretching, and guided reflection, we explore the space between inhale and illumination — where the body integrates and the mind grows clear. This session follows the new-moon descent of Under Dark Water, bringing expression, balance, and connection back into motion.
