We will get rack height for yoke at contest location day of. Accepting sign ups until the rules meeting. Sigh up before October 24th to guarantee a shirt. 1. Max 18” Deadlift**Sponsored By Forrest Brothers** Setup: Power bar + Titan Wagon Wheels + wooden blocks (18” start height) Will will have Semi tires for heavier weights also from Forrest Brothers 3 attempts max per athlete 60 seconds per attempt If you fail a weight you are out Down command will be given at full lockout, for down call hips locked, knees locked, shoulders back, and control at the top Starting Weight: 135 lbs Increments: 20 lb and 50 lb jumps (athletes can enter at any weight) Cash prize for Heaviest Female and Male lifts!!!! Allowed: Belts Sleeves Deadlift Suits or Briefs Straps Not Allowed: Deadlift hooks Tacky (of any kind) 2. Yoke Run Format: Carry yoke 60ft as fast as possible. Athlete will start under the yoke Time limit: 60 seconds Unlimited drops allowed The athletes body must pass the line to complete the run Incomplete runs will be measured for distance Allowed: Belts Sleeves Grip shirts Not Allowed: Suits Tacky 3. Max Log Press Format: 10 in log for women, 12 in log for men 3 attempts 60 seconds per attempt Miss = elimination Athletes can start with hands on the log Down command at full lockout with control No tree topping, control the weight on the way down. Allowed: Belts Sleeves Grip shirts Not Allowed: Suits Tacky Straps 4. Bag Toss for Max Weight Setup: 12 ft for women, 15 ft for men 3 attempts 60 seconds per attempt Miss = elimination 5 lb and 10 lb jumps (athletes may enter at any point) Allowed: Belts Sleeves Gloves Not Allowed: Suits Tacky 5. Stone Over Bar (Head-to-Head) Format: One athlete on each side of a yoke Take turns passing a stone over the bar 15 seconds to begin next rep after stone hits the ground Reps continue until all athletes are eliminated Total reps count toward score Stone weights will be announced once stones are made(mold are in and being poured) We will have a tacky station If you are alone on this or wish to just keep going please and want to just get as many reps as possible please let me know before we start.
