Upcoming November one of our Indian home cooks living in Odense brings his fondness of Indo-Chinese recipes to the table.
We will learn to play with vegetarian ingredients like soya chunks, vegetables and noodles served as a sizzling hot dish.

Plating a sizzler with smoking hot contents and buttery sauce is as appetizing and tempting as a outdoor grill on a sunny weather.

The recipes we plan perfectly fill for rainy and cold evenings in early winter with decent proportion of ginger garlic based soup/sauce.
