Somatic breathwork is a guided practice that helps release stored stress and emotions from the body. It invites you to reconnect with your body, move stagnant energy, and release what's no longer serving you. You'll get to do this all while breathing in the cleansing, mineral-rich air of the salt room to further support detoxification, respiratory health, and nervous system regulation.

In this group session, you’ll use intentional breathing patterns to quiet the mind, connect with your body, and create space for more peace, clarity, and authentic self-expression. Each session includes guided breathing, a period of active release, and time for stillness and integration. Many participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded in their bodies.

This 90-minute breathwork journey includes:

15 min: Introduction & grounding meditation
60 min: Guided breathwork
15 min: Integration & group shares

What to know before your session:
-Avoid eating a heavy meal within 2 hours of the session.
-Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe easily in.
-Bring a journal if you’d like to reflect or capture any insights afterward.
-Blankets are provided.
