Hosted by Yoga By Analisia, New Light — Inner Renewal , we invite you into the elegant warmth of The Valerie in Oconomowoc for an afternoon of movement, reflection, and connection.

Begin with a 45-minute Pilates flow, focusing on core strength and mindful alignment. Then drift into 45 minutes of guided breathwork and sound healing, allowing vibration and stillness to balance the body and mind.

After class, linger for our community marketplace, featuring small-batch wellness vendors, light food, and non-alcoholic beverages — a chance to sip, shop, and share intention as the sun sets over Lake Country.
