As the days grow shorter and colder, taking time to be joyful and present is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. The gift of gratitude and self-care helps us become the best version of ourselves — and radiates that joy to those around us and throughout our community.
Join All Walks of Wellness for a Joyful Yoga & Reiki session held in the peaceful Relaxation Cave at The Salt Spot.
Embrace gratitude, celebrate joy, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit in this unique salt therapy experience.
🧘♀️ What to Expect
Enjoy a gentle yoga flow with one-on-one, hands-on Reiki energy healing and essential oils — all during a halotherapy session in the salt cave. Each participant takes home a complimentary harvest blend essential oil.
Please bring your yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing (mats and clothes may get salty), and bring a notebook to reflect on what you’re grateful for.
