PARENT SESSION:  Parents are invited to return from 2:30–3:00pm for a special message from Bonnie Blair.

Join us for an action-packed day of fun and fitness, focused on the importance of cross-training, teamwork, and leadership. 
Participants will rotate through stations in:
• Volleyball
• Basketball
• Soccer
• Track & Field
• Football
• Physical Literacy and Athleticism (led by DASH Speed Skating)

This event emphasizes how skills and traits developed in one sport can enhance performance in others—building well-rounded, confident athletes.
