Gentle Yoga Flow

Join Amber with All Walks of Wellness for a gentle Yoga class held in the peaceful Relaxation Cave at The Salt Spot. Nurture your mind, body, and spirit in this unique salt therapy experience.
Enjoy a gentle yoga flow with essential oils all during a halotherapy session in the salt cave.

Seating inside the Salt Cave is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early!
