We will be holding our team photo sessions March 2, March 4 and March 5!! Here are the details.
Pictures will be taken at our indoor facility in Ashippun.
Your coach will communicate with you which uniform your player should wear to pictures. Please ensure your player wears their complete uniform, including belt. Please have your player bring along their hat, glove and bat for photos.
Your player can also bring their baseball indoor shoes or cleats for full body pictures. Please note they can NOT be metal cleats! They also can not be worn in the facility other than for the picture and then need to be removed after the photos are complete.
The photos that are taken will be used to make the team banner the teams display at games. So we need both players and coaches' pictures taken.
Schedule Information:
Pictures are taken individually. So you do not need to wait for your entire team to be present to get your photo session complete. The photographer will create the team banner with all the individual photos.
Check the club email or with your coach on your team's time slot. We encourage your player to go at their designated time if possible. If they have siblings, they are welcome to go with them. If your time doesn't work for the player, they can go at any time and get their pictures taken.
The company is planning to set up 2 photo stations on Monday (3/2). So that would be the best day for your player to go if they can't make your designated date and time.
There is a make-up date scheduled IF NEEDED. Please let me know if your player or coach absolutely can NOT make one of these dates/times.
