NRA Instructor Pistol Shooting Course

In order to become a NRA Basic Pistol Instructor you must take three courses. These three courses include: NRA Instructor Pistol Shooting Course, Basic Instructor Training and the requited "Student Portion" or Instructor-LED. All of these will be offered across 2 Day block.

If you answered “YES” to any of these questions then becoming a NRA Basic Pistol Instructor is the first step to take! Basic Pistol Instructor Course:
Name: NRA Instructor Pistol Shooting Course
Short Description: This 16-hour course teaches the knowledge, skills and attitude essential to organizing, promoting and teaching NRA’s Basic Pistol Shooting course.
More Details: Prerequisite: Possession of basic firearm safety and shooting skills is a perquisite for certification as an NRA instructor. Prior to the instructor training, candidates complete a pre-course questionnaire and demonstrate their firearm background in pre-course assessment exercises. Candidates must complete the Basics of Pistol Shooting Instructor
