Join 14Y Selah for a two-day Shabbat experience in partnership with the Friedberg JCC exploring Vayishlach — Wrestling Toward Wholeness: Returning to Ourselves through Shabbat and Recovery.
Through ritual, song, and shared reflection, we’ll explore what it means to wrestle with ourselves, seek reconciliation, and move toward healing. This weekend includes a Friday night Shabbat dinner and opening circle, followed by a Saturday afternoon Havdalah retreat of mindfulness, learning, and music.
✨ Families are warmly welcomed and encouraged. Childcare will be available throughout the program, and a kosher meal from Wing Wan.
