We'll use digging tools (digging bars, post hole diggers) to excavate for the posts and tamp gravel, and use carpentry tools (miter saw, hand saw, impact driver, etc.) to cut timbers and assemble the railing. We'll use buckets to carry gravel to fill around the fence posts. Volunteers are welcome to work for as long as they like, provided they are on site for the 9:00AM safety talk, and orientation.Hiking information:Moderately steep hiking up and down a flight of timber stairs is required. Some of the work will be off the trail edge on steep uneven terrain.Event details:Detailed event information, including directions to the meeting location, will be provided to registrants via email 48 hours prior to the event.
