The Delaware Seaside Railroad Club (DSRC) is the sponsor the Annual Indian Summer Train & Toy Show. This popular model train show will be held at the Hope Center in Ocean View, Delaware. The Hope Center is located at 97 Central Avenue in Ocean View near the intersection of Route 23 Atlantic Avenue and Central Avenue. The show is open to the public and admission tickets can be purchased at the door on the date of the show. In addition to a large dealer sales floor, operating layouts, a full concession stand, and door prizes are featured.
The Delaware Seaside Train Show brings together more than twenty model train and toy dealers from all over Delmarva who will set up approximately 100 tables to display their wide variety of model railroad related products. New and vintage trains in all gauges along with accessories, scenery, power, and track will be exhibited for sale. Highlighting the Delaware Seaside Railroad Club sales tables will be their large inventory of diecast cars and trucks. The DSRC sets up operating train displays which run throughout the show for your entertainment. Admission to this show is $6.00 and Children 10 and under are always free.
This year, the Delaware Seaside Railroad Club is participating in the Toys for Tots campaign sponsored by the Marine Corp Reserve. We will have a donation box at the Indian Summer Train & Toy Show and if you would like to contribute, please bring an unwrapped toy suitable for children ages 3-12,
