4 possible class times each week, you have access to all 36 classes!

 You can start at any of the following class times!

Mondays 7:30 pm  with Danielle

Wednesdays 6:00 pm with Anita

Thursdays 12:00 pm with Moira

Saturdays 10:30 am with Moira

 

We specialize in small classes, nurturing all ages and all bodies with a compassionate, accessible approach.

 

Join us to begin a healing, life-enhancing practice, that can transform both body & mind.

 

Your experienced, certified teachers will gently guide you through the series, teaching you basic postures, breathing, meditation, movement and relaxation techniques.
