This session aims to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, elevate mood, and
foster a deeper connection to yourself in a natural and balanced state, helping to alleviate aches and pains.

This intimate healing ceremony provides space and time to connect with your deepest intuition, release blockages, gain clarity, and enjoy a deep sense of peace.The experience includes:

* A warm welcome and an open discussion.
* Intention setting.
* A deeply grounding meditation for complete relaxation.
* A Sound Therapy infused with Reiki journey to release blocked emotions and trauma, and to access your power and wisdom.

This session is suitable for beginners and all those seeking rest. However, it is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker.

If you wear a hearing aid, please turn it off during the Sound Therapy.

This special session is intended to encourage you to go as deeply as you wish into the frequency of healing and focus entirely on your personal journey. This session can assist with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep issues, feelings of disconnection, overcoming trauma, grief, or loss, or simply serve as a beautiful relaxation session.

We will have comfy air mattresses for maximum relaxation.
