La Leche League is a community of breastfeeding parents who get together to share support, encouragement, and real life experience.
We’ve been doing this since 1956, with meetings held around the world. Our purpose is simple: to help each other with breastfeeding in a warm, judgment free space! One of our core beliefs is that every parent is the expert on their own baby.
Breastfeeding is natural, but it doesn’t always come easily. Having good information and support can make all the difference.
Our meetings are relaxed and conversational, parents and their children sit together and talk about the joys and challenges of breastfeeding, from newborn days to starting solids to weaning. We hope you leave feeling less alone, more empowered, and supported with information you can trust. All La Leche League Leaders are trained in breastfeeding support, so you’ll receive accurate, up-to-date guidance.

WHO IS WELCOME?
Anyone who is breastfeeding or pregnant and planning to breastfeed. Babies and older children are always welcome. Come exactly as you are… pajama pants, messy buns, leaky boobs, crying babies… all perfectly fine. Pumping moms, combo feeding parents, and anyone providing breastmilk to their baby are welcome here.
