Four Immeasurables are known as innate potentials, or virtuous seeds, that are carried within our consciousness. These ancient Buddhist practices of loving kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity are essentially transformative and support a path to inner peace as well as build strength to navigate life’s challenges and uncertainties. 

Join us for an enriching afternoon of watering these seeds of liberation with Dharma reflection, guided meditation, mindful movement and walking meditation. Together, we will explore the Four Immeasurables as deep, natural gifts of our hearts and minds with a vast potential to bring greater peace and kindness to ourselves, our community and the world.

About Your Instructor

Rebecca Kronlage is a mindfulness teacher, retreat leader and yoga instructor who integrates Insight Meditation, loving kindness practices, gentle yoga and mindful movement to support greater balance, healing and well being. She considers herself to be a student/teacher/practitioner of kindness, peace and bringing gentleness to the world. She creates a safe and open environment to inner exploration and healing. As a 21 year ovarian cancer survivor, Rebecca brings a deeply personal understanding of gratitude and the power of loving awareness. She cofounded Treehouse Yoga in Bay St. Louis 15 years ago and resides in the Bay.
