This is a diverse, creative weekend with practices in:

This is a retreat highlighting inner stillness, heart brain coherence and the choice to change from within. Swan will offer numerous Quantum & heart brain coherence healing meditations, stimulating group discussions on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, yoga, the elevated language of Sanskrit mantra, Sound Bath Experience

Measured with an ECG, the heart is 60+ greater in magnitude than brain waves recorded in an EEG.

Your electromagnetic field of your heart is effecting others as a synchronizing signal, affecting how hearts interact with certain individuals.

This weekend we will be focusing on increasing our hearts electromagnetic frequency , as the heart is a sophisticated system that can encode higher levels of information.

 *9am-10:15am Flow & Restore Yoga; / The Jewel is in the heart. The Teachings of Om Mani Padme Hum (drop in $25)

*10:30-Noon Teachings on Metacognition from Dr Joe Dispenza & Realizing the Mind with teachings from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras (drop in $35)

*Noon-2 Lunch 

*2pm-3:15pm Somatic Full Body Meditation- Freeing the Energy of the past from the body (drop in $35)

*3:30-4:45pm Sanskrit Mantra Concert and teachings/stories of the Heart from Ram Dass (drop in $25)

*5-6:15 Sound Bath Experience (drop in $40)

Sunday, February 1

*9am Flow & Restore; The Teachings of Entering the Gate - Buddhist Mantra Gate Gate (drop in $25)

*10:30am- Noon Heart Coherence & Social Coherence Meditation to harmonize relationships (drop in $35)
