# Event Details - **Event Name**: Medicine Circle - A Breathwork, Sound and Energy Healing Journey - **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 30 Oct, 2026 at 06:00 pm – Fri, 30 Oct, 2026 at 07:30 pm (+11:00) - **Event Description**: A intimate and potent healing circle where you can let go and experience higher states of existence and activate your potential.About this EventThis monthly circle is for people wanting to dive deeper and learn more about themselves, access higher states of consciousness and heal in a safe and loving way.Through the power of the breath, sound healing and energy healing we access the natural healing process that lies within all of us. When we can find the courage, and develop the skills to be with sensations, emotions, feelings and parts of us, we can process repressed and supressed energy and find completion and lasting healing. So much is possible in this state - people have shared with me over the years that they have healed physical pain and symptoms, have been visited by loved ones who have passed, connected to ascended masters or figures, released and healed energy from their childhood, found forgiveness, clarity and answers to questions they were seeking, felt energy shift blocks around their throat chakra leave, have connected to past lives, awakened their psychic gifts or light language, felt energy pulsing through and around their body, recieved womb and fertility healing and so much more..There is a rememerance and peace that arrives when stress lifts and we experience the essence of who we are are - LOVE.What to expect:You will be taken through a guided meditation where yuou access the feeling body and create your intention. People report that this meditation activates their ability to perceive their own energy, making the whole experience quite profound. You will then be led through a connected/ circular breathwork pattern or for those wanting a gentler practice there is another grounding breath on offer that you can use.Through the breath journey you will receive energy work, intuitive messages, light language and somatic channeling. This is the activating part of the journey where release, completion, clarity and guidance comes through. You will be cued to release the breath pattern and we move into the integration stage of the journey, where all that you have experinced starts to settle and become embodied. This is where I use sound healing with my voice and crystal singing bowls to ground and integrate. People often have an emotional release or expeience an overwhelming feeling of love, gratitude and appreciation of beauty. You are then given ample time for integration and to create an action plan moving forward for further nurturing and integration. It's here you also receive Reiki.Citadel (Larissa) has been facilitating these healing spaces for a decade all over the world, as well and guiding people through voice activation in one on one sessions, groups and events. She is a trained breathwork facilitator, sound healer, Reiki Master and Isis Secheim practictioner. She also works with an energy method she has developed herself called The Citadel Method and Somatic Channeling.MEDICINE CIRCLEWhen: Last Friday of the month6pm - 7:30/8pmWhere: Hottter Studios, Ocean ShoresDoors: Doors open at 5:50pm for you to get settled.Bring: A thick yoga mat, cushion/ bolster, journal, blanket (optional), eye mask (optional).Wear comfy clothes.Parking is available in the carpark out the front. There are some contraindications due to increased blood pressure, heart rate, and emotional intensity of this practice.Major contraindications include cardiovascular disease, severe hypertension, epilepsy, pregnancy, history of aneurysm, severe psychiatric conditions (bipolar/schizophrenia), recent surgery, or acute respiratory infections. https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events6/banners/31e1f570-c3f2-11f1-961b-edf15f9dca82-rimg-w1110-h740-dc080808-gmir.jpg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0W3MA8chIk&t=6s https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events1/banners/32282630-c3f2-11f1-961b-edf15f9dca82-rimg-w433-h740-dc3858a8-gmir.jpg https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events9/banners/325e2a50-c3f2-11f1-961b-edf15f9dca82-rimg-w416-h740-dc181828-gmir.jpg - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/ocean-shores/medicine-circle-a-breathwork-sound-and-energy-healing-journey/100001996357634425 - **Event Categories**: health-wellness, meditation, yoga - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Age Limit: Under 18 with Guardian - Doors Open At: 5:50 PM - Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes - Location: HOTTTER Hot Pilates and Yoga Ocean Shores - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 59.54, max: 64.84, currency: AUD ## Event venue details - **city**: Ocean Shores - **state**: NS - **country**: Australia - **location**: HOTTTER Hot Pilates and Yoga Ocean Shores - **lat**: -28.5254835 - **long**: 153.5466329 - **full address**: HOTTTER Hot Pilates and Yoga Ocean Shores, 78 Rajah Road, Ocean Shores, Australia ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Medicine Circle - A Breathwork, Sound and Energy Healing Journey - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events3/banners/d1b8b850b82fbb2a4ad437585736e7130ff955fbf4d004fd04c5c3c96233f593-rimg-w1200-h600-dc88b8f8-gmir.jpg?v=1787518846 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Medicine Circle - A Breathwork, Sound and Energy Healing Journey being held?
