Enjoy the best of both worlds as we explore the beautiful Optus Trail, experiencing both bush and beach in the one walk. This is a gentle, flat and leisurely walk, making it perfect for anyone comfortable walking for up to 2 hours.

Step away from the business of life, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with like-minded women as we move together through nature.
