2 Hour Experience - The Art of Sourdough

Led by our special guest-instructor, Nicky Norris,
this interactive sourdough specialty workshop will offer participants a comprehensive and
hands-on experience in the art of sourdough bread-making.

This DIY experience is $95.

Each participant with learn:
The basics of sourdough fermentation and how to care for a starter.
Techniques for mixing, kneading, shaping, and scoring dough.
Baking tips to achieve a perfect crust and crumb.

Each participant will take home:
A loaf of bread.
A sourdough starter.
