Sound Immersion is an intuitively woven journey using multiple instruments to create healing resonance within . The harmonic sounds work together to gently realign the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of being—supporting profound relaxation, renewal, and inner harmony.
You will be invited to settle into a cozy and supported position with the help of yoga props and blankets, allowing your body to fully relax and soften into stillness. From this place of deep rest, you’ll be lovingly guided by Sally and Ainsley as they weave sound and vibration.
Throughout the journey, you’ll be completely surrounded and enveloped in the powerful resonance of sacred instruments, including:

Alchemy singing bowl grail
