Meditation Circle

A shared space where individuals gather to practise In a supportive group setting. Participants sit together, often in a circle to symbolise unity and connection, creating an atmosphere of equality and openness. The practise may include silent meditation, guided visualisation, mantra, sacred ritual and breathing techniques. The circle fosters a sense of community, allowing participants to deepen their practise through shared energy. It provides a safe, nurturing environment for relaxation, self reflection and cultivating inner peace both individually and collectively. The intention or focus for the circle will vary from month to month.

EXPECT:

An experience and connection of community with a focus on a variety of accessible meditation techniques

Intention setting through gentle guidance and reflection

Participants are invited to bring along something (eg. Object or Picture) to represent their intention or focus for the session.

This experience is for anyone and everyone. No yoga or meditation experience necessary. Come along with an open heart and open mind. Come along with an intention to support your own Meditation practice whether that be on a personal, local, national or global level.
