A school holiday activity designed to support the unwinding of busy minds, support nervous systems and share a moment of calm with your loved ones. 

This is your invitation to slow down, get comfortable and enjoy a gentle sound immersion during the school holidays. Sound healing is a holistic modality that has been used for thousands of years to facilitate mediation and healing as the sound vibrations bath our bodies, calm our minds and invite deep rest within.  
Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, rainstick, chimes, rattles and gong will be layered to create a sound journey that invites children and their grown-ups to rest and relax together in a calm and welcoming space. Children are welcome to rest and listen, wriggle as needed, colour in or simply drift off to sleep as their grown-ups enjoy a moment of ease and restoration. 

No experience needed, come as you are to receive. 
All yoga props will be supplied for your comfort but feel free to bring your own if preferred. 
Wear warm and comfortable clothing. 
Some colouring books will be provided but if there are other books or soft toys your child would benefit from having in the space, please feel free to bring those along.
