Join us at the Grove Pavilion for a heartwarming Autumn and Winter series of movement, mindfulness, and community connection. Whether you’re new to CONNECT or a returning friend, these gatherings offer a space to breathe, move, and belong.

Each session is held in a warm and welcoming setting, inviting you to slow down, ground yourself, and begin the day with intention. Whether you seek stillness, movement, or simply a sense of belonging, CONNECT at Sunrise offers a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Yoga mat or towel
Blanket
Warm layers for comfort
