There will be a meditation & integration to finish, with Tom’s newly released song The Truth to close the event.

Start by making yourself comfortable on the mat. 
Listen to an acoustic version of Tom’s original song ‘The Deep’. 
Experience breathwork techniques (both up-regulating & down-regulating techniques). 
Meditation.
