An opportunity to have the Shore’s most accomplished sommelier,
Cuvée Ray, take you on a wine tasting and culinary tour
through three of the most preeminent wine-producing countries,
France, Italy and Spain. During each of these educational
dinners, we will taste six different wines expertly paired by Ray
with courses prepared by fager’s Island Chef Jim Hughes.
If you want to know what makes the wines from these
incredible countries so special and how to pair them, you
will not want to miss these exceptional experiences.

Limit 30 guests per event. 
Prepaid reservations required. Each dinner is$145 per person plus tax. All dinners start at 6:30pm
