We're thrilled to invite you to the 2025 Maryland 4-H Volunteer and Teen Forum: 4-H Beyond Ready to Lead the Future, happening in beautiful Ocean City, MD, from November 14-16!
This isn't just an event; it's a unique opportunity for all 4-H volunteers, parents, teens, and educators to connect, grow, and deepen their involvement in the incredible world of 4-H. Imagine networking with peers from every corner of the state, all while gaining valuable skills and making lasting memories.
What Awaits You at the Forum?
We've crafted a dynamic program designed for every age group:
• Empowering Workshops for Teens (13-18) & Adults: Elevate your leadership game with focused sessions on critical topics like Camping, Leadership Development, and Communications. These workshops are packed with practical insights to help you become an even more effective leader in your local 4-H programs.
• Engaging Activities for Our Younger Stars: While our older participants are learning and growing, we've got exciting, age-appropriate educational classes for our Clovers (ages 5-7), Juniors (ages 8-10), and Intermediates (ages 11-12). Fun and learning for everyone!
Your Forum Journey:
• Friday: Connect & Unwind! Kick off the weekend with lively activities, including board games and plenty of opportunities to socialize and meet new friends.
• Saturday: Grow & Inspire! A full day dedicated to immersive professional development, hands-on learning experiences, insightful poster sessions, and inspiring evening activities.
• Sunday: Collaborate & Plan! Conclude the forum with continued opportunities for youth and adult leaders to connect, share ideas, and forge plans for the future of 4-H.
