Friendsgiving Flow + Restore- OC

Gather in gratitude and movement for a special Friendsgiving Vinyasa + Restore Flow with Jami and Dawn. A heartwarming practice designed to celebrate connection, community, and appreciation. This all-levels class flows through mindful movement, linking breath with motion in a smooth, accessible vinyasa sequence that builds warmth and openness.

We’ll explore grounding postures to root into gratitude, gentle heart openers to cultivate compassion, and playful transitions to remind us of the joy of being together. Class will wind down with soothing stretches and restorative poses to restore balance, ease the body, and quiet the mind — leaving you nourished, calm, and thankful.

Come as you are, move with friends, and flow into the season of giving with an open heart.

Drinks and light refreshments will be served after class.
