Foundations of Yoga Workshop designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this workshop breaks down foundational postures, transitions, and alignment to help you move with greater confidence, strength, and ease.

You’ll explore how breath, mindfulness, and safe technique support balance, flexibility, and focus, while learning practical modifications and progressions to meet your body where it is.
