A child prodigy who began studying violin at three, he soon took up the traditional 36-string Paraguayan harp, turning an early challenge from his father into a lifelong musical path.By his teens, Carlos had already debuted with the Oakland Symphony and Oakland Youth Symphony and was working in professional recording studios.
