Join the Marion County Maker Collective and the  Ocala Cosplay Guild  for this series of workshops: 

REFORGED: FROM SCRAP TO STAGE will walk you through all of the steps involved in creating your own look with techniques to source your materials from upcycled and reused materials. 

We’ll focus on practical skills you can use on your current or future builds 🎭.



This registration is for the START SEWING workshop, where participants will learn Sewing Machine Basics: October 11th , 10AM-12PM

Sewing machine basics:

 threading, straight/zigzag stitch, seams, hems

Deconstructing thrift garments

recover usable yardage, zippers, and trims
