NYE Introspective Breathwork® Circle

Join us for a this special New Years Eve Breathwork Circle! We'll spend extra time intentionally releasing the weight of 2025 and discovering what you'd like to embody and invite more of into your life in 2026 before diving into your Introspective Breathwork® practice. All participants receive a gift.

Introspective Breathwork® is a therapeutic, trauma-informed practice that helps melt away overwhelm and activate your body’s innate healing intelligence. Through guided breathing in a safe, compassionate space, you’ll access deeper layers of awareness—connecting with emotions, memories, and inner wisdom that support clarity, insight, and transformation.
