Different drums are provided so that you can try them and see which calls to you. If you already own a drum, bring it for a blessing or to learn its use. Please be aware of your body and get cleared by your doctor before embarking on any activity that may injure your body. Drumming uses the entire body and can be a great natural way to relieve stress and anxiety.
