Grand Launch at Midtown Station

We’re kicking off iStroll Ocala’s Grand Relaunch Week with a FREE community workout! Space is limited for this first day.

This full-body stroller fitness class is designed for moms of all fitness levels. Expect strength training, cardio intervals, core work, and functional movement — all while your little one rides along safely in the stroller.

This is more than a workout. It’s fresh air, connection, and a supportive community of local moms.

✔ All fitness levels welcome
✔ Babies + toddlers welcome in stroller
✔ Modifications provided
✔ Consent waiver required
✔ Registration required

What to bring:
• Stroller (jogger or standard)
• Water
• Yoga mat (a few will be available)
• Weights or resistant bands (optional)
• Comfortable athletic wear
