Fireside Sound Bath & Yoga

Gather around the fire for a soothing evening of gentle movement, mindful breath and healing sound. This 60-minute class blends calming yoga with the restorative vibrations of sound bowls to quiet the mind. All experience levels are welcome.

Complimentary for hotel guests and $20 for public guests. Space is limited; advanced registration is required.
